PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Made for the insulation between core and coil, and supplied by the product produced in core cleaning machine, this equipment is designed to allow powder to be absorbed to core by static electricity, and to be dissolved at around 200 ~ 250 degrees by high frequency induction heating, thereby letting it hardened and cooled off at normal temperature by cooling system.
이 장치는 코아와 코일간의 절연을 목적으로 사용되는 장치로 전가열기(Core Cleaning M/C)에서 생산 된 제품을 공급받아 정전에 의해 코아에 분체가 흡착되고 고주파 유도 가열에 의해 분체가 약 200~250℃에서 녹아 코팅 경화된 후 냉각 장치에 의해 상온 냉각 되도록 설계된 장치입니다.
